Both boxes came with one piece to keep all the screws and washers open and all the stuff scattered around the boxes. Some get lost in transit. I had to purchase parts to complete the assembly of the stool. This was for all 3 chairs. Poor quality control for sure!

Excellent quality! Absolutely great! They are tall and if you are a "wealthy person" you might find that the seat itself is a bit short. We love it. It was worth putting together.** The two holes prevented the screws from staying in place. Although it was very solid without those screws, we bought some putty separately and were able to get it working.

I ordered 4 of these chairs. 3 of them came with screws and parts that just fell in the box and parts missing. The bores and threads do not match, meaning that screws cannot be inserted at all relevant points. 1 stool semi assembled approx. We already threw away the boxes so we decided not to go back and just try to use some of the store's tools to try and make it work as we are having a party and don't have time to order anything else. They look good when you can put them together.

These are good stools, we ordered a set of 2. The instructions state that before assembly it is necessary to check the presence of all parts. The screws, washers, and lock washers were scattered loosely in the boxes, not in the container they were supposed to be in. We were only able to assemble 1 stool and it is missing 4 washers and lock washers. We don't know how to get a replacement and we may have to go to Lowe to find something to use. Aggravating! Ordered two stools. What an idiot I am. The first thing that comes out of the box is the cancer warning (see image). I don't remember seeing this in a Revain commercial? What happened to Revain's protection standards? It was as good as it gets. This product is absolutely terrible. Cage nut holes do not line up with leg and bolt holes. The bolts are made of such poor soft metal that they break off with every pressure. I had to buy bigger screws just to "move my foot". Both had slightly different
