Slightly larger than expected but I'm happy with it. I went to Disneyland dressed as Burt from Mary Poppins and used this hat to make Mickey's ears. Mary Poppins was there complimenting them.

I have bought these for a number of vintage events over the years. Used navy blue for a small fascinator hat at an event in the 1930s. They are well made and easy to decorate and sew.

The description says 'great for fancy dress, cosplay etc' This is not suitable for a child and will only work as a craft item on a headband, hairpins etc. This may fit an 18 inch doll. The head hole is very small.

Good buy. My main goal. Outer size 8" about 2" tall. But inner circle (hole where head goes in ), hehehe) is 4 2/8 Think before you buy In my case I glued on some hair clips and it ended up very cute.
