The manufacturer does not stand behind the product.

I would NOT recommend this product. I ordered it from Revain and didn't need to use it until my return window was closed. The lid leaks a lot and this container is useless. I have contacted LCI and they have not provided support although it is clearly a manufacturing defect. I would NOT recommend this jar or any other LCI product. They just don't endorse their product. I have several Zepter brand glasses that work great.

Leak in the vent cap

The quality of the container is good, but it leaks through the vent cap (not the thread). The lid is held in place by a small plastic rod that goes through both the lid and a hollow threaded piece that has the actual vent. The water would find its way through the hollow threaded part and then around the plastic rod. To solve this problem I pushed out the plastic insert and put a large amount of teflon tape around the protective insert, re-tightened the cap and inserted the plastic rod. Afterโ€ฆ

Durable water jug โ€‹โ€‹Made in the USA

I've been using this durable water jug for over a year and it has clocked up many miles in the back of my truck going over bumpy dirt roads. The water canister thus proved to be extremely durable. I deducted a star for the combination of two small things. 1-This pitcher can be uncomfortable to pour, especially when full. It's easy to decide whether you can ask a friend to help you when you're pouring from a full tankard. 2-If the jug is tipped over, water may leak from the place where the lidโ€ฆ

Expensive but unbeatable water storage and transportation

If you're considering a purchase, here's what you need to know. There are cheaper ways to store and transport water. There are more convenient ways to store and transport water. This requires a faucet accessory and maybe even a wrench if you have weak hands and arms. The reason this is a good product is because it has been extensively redesigned and rebuilt. You can literally entrust your life to the design of this product. It was manufactured to be mounted on the back of ATVs and driven across

Someone bring me some water

So my wife and I bought a small camper this summer. We love business! Most of the time we go to campsites, but sometimes we also like to "hikeโ€. Our little camper now has a 40 gallon water tank and god knows it must be plenty. But my little princess is known to love a good long shower. And although I can of course live without a shower, I cannot do without drinking water and something to wash up! lol. This container is perfect for me. That's the real deal. Just like military affairs. Sturdyโ€ฆ

A manufacturing defect will result in a water leak.

I'll be short and sweet. This glass has a manufacturing defect at the bottom where the plastic from the two mold halves meet at the bottom. This means it passed quality control at the factory. If you take one of these water cans, hold it up to a bright light source and look through the filling hole. If you see light coming through the bottom of the can, just say it's NFG. I only filled it once for the S&G and about half an hour after the glass was filled it started dripping constantly. 1 starโ€ฆ

Sturdy, but the fit and finish is fine. You will need o-rings

These water tanks are made by both Scepter and LCI. Durable and stackable, they are a good choice for disaster preparedness or outdoor activities. However, expect to make some final adjustments for fit and finish. For example, production-related burrs have formed on the underside of the handle, which dig into the fingers. A little sandpaper did the trick. Even if you don't get a perfectly made copy, the caps will leak a little. If the glass is upright, this is not a problem, but if it falls orโ€ฆ

Decent by military standards

worthy product. It seems to be about the quality of those that we used in the army. The finish is a bit rough on the molds. There are seam edges that need to be knocked down (e.g. the handle has a sharp seam along the bottom). As for the o-rings, based on the "seller" response, I figured this item would come with them as well. To a question. It was another seller (don't know how it works with reviews/questions). If you purchase this item from Tacticai, no o-rings are included (see my answer inโ€ฆ
