Ordered an adult size with a tag that said "Large fits most adults with a medium to large head". I have a normal adult head and at the loosest strap it doesn't fit my head or my 11 year old's.

I play a lot of racquetball and these glasses work great. The nose piece is made of soft, grippy rubber that sits snugly on the nose without pain or discomfort. I have had many problems with fogging and/or sweat dripping from glasses that sit on my face like sunglasses, but I have never had such problems with these glasses.

I have worn many types of goggles in the past and have always had problems with fogging. It is great. If you're in the middle of a game and there's a brief stop (timeout, free throws, etc.) they might fog up a bit, but once you start running again the fog clears.
