As a barbell set I'm pretty impressed. But the dumbbell aspect is a bit bulky for some moves that require the dumbbell to be held closer to your body (ie. Standing upright rows, bent over row).I'll be using predominantly for the barbell aspect.Changing out the weights can be done fairly quickly.but just bear in mind that you can't use the little stabilizer screws if you plan on changing weights mid workout, so be aware of the weight enders coming loose.and tighten them as you go

Great weight set for easy workouts at home! The main barbell is made of metal so it’s very sturdy compared to some of the plastic ones I’ve seen. The total weight with everything attached is about 44 lbs which is a good start. The plates have a 1 inch diameter hole in the middle so if you want to have more weight you can buy them separately though I’m not sure what the limit is for this particular set.Easy to assemble between the barbell and dumbbell settings.

Overall great product for the price. One of the nuts I received was not threaded so I'm unable to use it, when I reached out to the manufacturer the email is invalid. Other than that overall it's decent.

I was looking to buy a set of adjustable dumbbells to work out from home during this period, but they can be quite expensive from known brands. I find this set to be a good compromise between build quality and price. I will update this review later as I do additional testing with this set.

I've only had them for about a week, but so far no problems. I just got this set last prime day on sale. I liked the idea of the versatility of changing how i can use the weights. I do still like that feature but i would say its not the easiest weight set to switch btw the bar and hand weights. I've been using this as my first dumbell set for about a month now and I can definitely say that they're worth the money! They're a bit bulky and clunky for the weight I use it at with my noodle arms, but they seem durable enough that they'll last a long time for my light to average use purposes.

Ordered these to be able to workout from home with the gyms closed. Other products were more expensive and after receiving these in the mail I think they are great for the price. You can change the weights to do different work outs and combine them to create different bar set ups. Over all would recommend.

These weights arrived on time. Came packaged securely, and easy to assemble. Have only had them for one day but they are great for a beginner like myself. Thankfully, I got the 44lb ones, so they will be easier to work with. I am excited to use these long-term. Very happy withy purchase so far.

The quality of the bar and weights feels great, especially compared to other equipment that is plastic. When fully loaded with weights, the bar is a bit short (for example, when doing squats and having the bar resting behind your neck, my shoulders brush a bit with the inside weighs); but, this is only a minor thing, and by far not a deal-breaker
