They are strong and flexible but they are not a good substitute for faux Saffiano leather and have not been repainted at all. I put them on a Michael Kors bag and I think they match well enough. However, they are better made than original straps on Michael Kors bags with polyurethane straps.

I bought these thinking they would be long enough but for my purposes they may actually be around 27 inches long. I had to punch a new 2" hole at each end as the other takes were too short. The color goes well with my Michael Kors bag. I have an extra set if they don't last long. Today is my first day trying them. Let's see if they offer a longer length. Not sure how durable yet. The color is a close match. I didn't need the buckles that came with it.
