Band separates on second use

At first glance they appear to be quite durable. But, and I was shocked because they looked so strong, the strap broke on the third use. I have two more to try. maybe it was just a broken belt. Unless the other two work much better, I'll probably go back to OEM belts. OEM belts deliver the same sharp knife edge more quickly and accurately.

Ideal for smoothing and polishing the edges of freshly sharpened knives. I

Worked great with my WorkSharp sharpening system. To finish and polish the edges I used white compound and then green compound. Haven't used the third strap and red paste yet as I was sharpening smaller knives the first time and I had a really polished edge coming off the green. I'll probably try that next time I make my big chef's knives and meat cleavers.

Very nice and good price.

We are very impressed and happy with the price. It comes in a nice box with a maker's mark promising good service. It also has a nice big composite block. Made in the USA. Update: Okay, I've used this a bit now. The mix will dry out and not load properly, so I suggest you buy a green mix that you know is fresh. I also decided to apply some olive oil to my skin after using it for a bit. Then I poured in some good green compound. Things are going well.
