Game-Changing Leathercraft Tool!

As someone who enjoys Arts and Crafts, i am always on the lookout for new tools that will make my projects easier and more efficient. This tool is the answer! As a result of my tests, I determined that it is durable, easy to use, and really helps to achieve a professional, straight edge. The only con is that it is a bit pricey, but the quality definitely justifies the cost. overall this is a must-have tool for anyone serious about Leathercraft!

Pros
  • Provides precise straightening and flattening of leather
Cons
  • May require some practice to use effectively

Takes work but is worth it

So don't beat around the bush, this tool is rough. Don't use it until you've filed all the edges and polished the surfaces, or glued some thin leather to the pressings. Once you do, they will be great value compared to $80-$100 alternatives. You also need to keep it dry and/or oiled as it rusts very easily. So for the ironing of the skin I give 2 stars. After adding leather so it doesn't ruin your finishes, it's a 4 for what it does and appreciates.
