Leather Steering Stitch Anti Slip Hyudnai Review

This is my second. I put the first one on my Ram 97, this one went for 99. Check out the video on YT and it's not that hard. Allow about 45 minutes to get dressed. Plus it's a much better product than wraps or old vinyl steering wheel covers. Just a note, the 99 Ram's cap is a bit tighter than the 97, but that could be due to the excessive wear of the 97 (345,000 miles). I would definitely wear them again.

When I first started putting this thing on and it was really easy I thought I'd snap the stitching but they are more durable so I started a little and then once they fit properly. So it went on with the '08 VW Rabbit, I really had to do the before and after because it looks really good. The downside is that it's black, it absorbs sunlight so it gets a bit warm but at 106 heat it was still manageable so minus plus plus.

Not bad for the money! It fits perfectly in my jeep. Though hand-sewing is a little tricky, the close fit of the cover's edges gives it a sharp look and a firm feel. Be sure to start at the seam at the very bottom of the wheel center and work your way up from there. It would be nice if the thread was tied with an elastic band, and not by itself. I LOVE how this cover looks on my car! But if you don't like DIY projects, don't buy this case! It took about 1 1/2 hours from start to finish, but I took my time to make sure I didn't mess up the stitching. No fake cover will look this good. As for the negative reviews people have posted, yes the cover fits the wheel snugly. If it didn't you wouldn't be able to achieve that professional look.
