Normal lamps as in the ad and others I have seen were sold in pairs and this is only one lamp I did not read the hole myself, I bought another one and they look excellent, work well, the turn signal is red, it should be orange. So I didn't use a flasher.

These bulbs were easy to install on my '95 Road King (FLHR). They fit perfectly without changing the lamp or bucket. Connect your existing 2 wires to the manufacturer supplied wiring harness and you'll be up and running in about an hour or less. They will definitely fit all vintage fog lights including Road Kings, Dressers and Soft Tails.

(5/25/21) Bought these for my 2016 Road King's low beam. I just installed them and they are bright enough. Haven't ridden them in the dark yet but I think they will be a huge upgrade over the standard halogen. After that I will update my post. The 4.5 inch fog lights have been great so far. The only complaint I have, and it's not even a manufacturer's fault. When I plugged them in, I created my own plug in case I ever need to replace them. You can run straight wires and crimp them together, or use a butt connector. But in my opinion, take the extra time and make your own connector using a kit you can buy at any car dealership. I bought these to replace the stock high beam headlights on my Harley and to match the new headlights I had previously installed. I installed them upside down as I have fairing and still can't see very clearly ahead on my Harley. The best thing about this low beam is the brightness. You can really tell they're on because they put a lot more light on the road. I would say if you ride at night now there is about a 75 degree cone in front of the bike. Paired with a Harley Daymaker headlight, they go together perfectly. These headlights are pretty good although there are a few things I don't like about them. BENEFITS: Bright turn signal is bright. Has a slight delay between turn signal off and high beam back on to prevent 2 color flashing. CONS: The lamps are coded in such a way that if you don't mount them a certain way, the light won't project correctly. To fix this I had to remove the coded bracket and mount it free.
