Installation was difficult. You have to connect it yourself and there are no instructions. And then it didn't work at all!

Works as intended, clear instructions for those messing around with power cords although if you don't have many people instructions are provided on this page.

Product purchased, easy installation, wiring is self-explanatory, does not work. Called yesterday and was supposed to leave a message with the product supplier and still haven't received a call back. It doesn't prevent the light strips from working, it just doesn't dim them or even such a thing.
