Poor Customer Service and Subpar Products from LEDWholesalers

I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience shopping at LEDwholesalers as a client. My order had a problem, and their customer support did nothing to help, but the products I received were also of very poor quality. First of all, I received rude and unhelpful answers when I contacted their customer service department to ask about my purchase. The representative I spoke with did not seem to be concerned in helping me and did not have any suggestions for how to resolve my problem. They…

LEDwholesalers was the source of my worst shopping experience ever. Both the quality of the products I got and the assistance I received from the company's representatives were extremely low. There are better places to buy lighting, tools, and home renovation supplies online.

Products from LEDwholesalers fell short of expectations

I was expecting that the products from LEDwholesalers would help me enhance the lighting and appearance of my house. I got some lighting fixtures, but they were poorly made and didn't work right. The ceiling fans I bought were also poor quality and fell short of my hopes. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the products from LEDwholesalers, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone seeking to upgrade the lighting or aesthetics of their home.
