Thought this phone would be a good help for mother-in-law with poor eyesight and aging. The crowd was great, the volume was ok. But sometimes I didn't want to hang up. A button on which the handset of the telephone is stuck several times. As a result, I got stuck and heard nothing. Good price for you.

Although this phone has large buttons that could help older people see numbers better, the sound quality leaves a lot to be desired. Both the speakerphone and the handset are not loud enough and have poor sound quality. For the money this is a decent phone but it doesn't do the job for my deaf father. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

The phone is so light that it almost always slips off the table when you pick it up. I removed the small black foam legs and installed 4 small silicone bumpers available at Lowes and Home Depot. It helps, but the phone just doesn't have enough weight to keep it from moving after picking up the handset.
