The buttons are big, the phone has a speed dial function. The call can be switched off. Very comfortable design for my father. Suitable for the elderly with poor eyesight. Well done.

The phone is too light to leave unattached to a surface. Pull the string a little and the base will fly off the surface. You have to put the weight on the base to make it heavier.

The package came open and apparently there weren't enough strings. The chat function couldn't replace the parts and I just had to go somewhere to return the item. I will replace the parts myself with those from the old phone. A simple piece of tape could have avoided this.

The phone itself works fine. But it is advertised as being able to be used both as a wall mounted device and as a desktop device. When placed on a flat surface, it doesn't sit firmly and wobbles back and forth when dialing a number. I do not recommend buying if you are not wall hung.

I bought this big button phone for my 92 year old father based on other reviews. He was using an old, worn out cordless phone and kept losing it. He loves this new phone! It is easy to use, the handset does not get lost and above all it hears us well. Big numbers are great. Dad has severe short-term memory loss, so he's not calling. Someone with a better memory could easily use them. There is a long cord to connect the phone to the wall socket. I highly recommend this phone.
