I purchased this product on 10/2018. It worked great and until recently I was actively promoting this product. The sound just doesn't work anymore. The flashlight and display work, but there is no sound. I've tried resetting it by fiddling with the buttons and removing and replacing the battery. I read in the Q&A that the product has a 12 month warranty and excellent customer service. The problem is that I can't find the product manual and customer service number online.

My father is not tech savvy. He's just discovered the value of a USB drive for his new Camry. This device is perfect for him as he doesn't know how to use Bluetooth to stream music from his iPhone to external speakers. I gave him a CD of his favorite songs and we just plugged it straight into this radio. What a joy to see his face shine! The radio signals were clear. He can listen to his favorite sports programs and add them to his USB playlist. I am thinking of buying one for my mother in law!

This is the fourth or fifth of these radios that I have bought. It has an amazing sound, loud and clear. But his life is not as long as I expected. The battery lasts long enough for the first year or so - for several hours of broadcasting - but after the second year that number starts to decrease. Ordered red for my team color and got gold. but it's normal. The radio seems to be playing very well. All I needed was a digital tuner to listen to soccer on Saturdays. I drive a school bus with a radio but all the speakers are in the passenger compartment so I have to blow my students up to hear the music through the bus engine. Add this little radio to the equation and life gets better. The sound quality is okay, as is the range.
