I drive a school bus with a radio but all the speakers are in the passenger compartment so I have to blow my students up to hear the music through the bus engine. Add this little radio to the equation and life gets better. The sound quality is okay, as is the range. The layout/design of the buttons is terrible so I can't change the station unless I'm sitting next to a lamp as you have to look at it when dialing, it's not intuitive at all. I also don't like that you can't program presets to order, but for the money it's great. The battery life is decent, I plug it in to charge during my lunch break (about 5 hours) and it lasts me for my 2 hour morning runs and 4 hour evening runs. It's about the size of a thick cell phone and sits securely in my side window.
