I just had stomach surgery and lost weight. I needed comfortable pants and bought these based on the reviews. I have the black ones and they fit, but they are smaller in the waist than I thought. I ordered a large so I have room - I'm 5ft 4" - 140lbs and I thought they accidentally sent me a medium size but no they are marked as large. My stomach is also pretty flat, even after the surgery. work and they are very soft but I was expecting more room in the waist for the size large.

What you won't achieve with these leggings is buttock tightening or tummy control. Is it a clear marketing gimmick? Come on, we're smarter, aren't we? There's also no gusset in the crotch, which usually means cameltoe, but that's not a problem with these leggings, so that's a plus. Pants are very comfortable. The extra high waist holds the stomach and covers it well. I wear a lot of oversized shirts. Some of them are shorter than others. These pants provide good coverage and make me feel more composed. They're a bit thinner than expected, but that's not a disadvantage in my opinion. They are not translucent or too transparent. I've tried many different brands of leggings and have come to the conclusion that expensive isn't necessarily better. However, these leggings came in a 2 pack and matched my regular all black MO. I also like that there isn't a huge range of sizes, with their stretch you choose one or the other. EDITED 11 26 20 - after getting more of these socks I noticed they are NOT 20-30mmHg. Art. as listed here on Revain's website. . Very small label says 10-15mmHg. No wonder my doctor thought I wasn't getting as much compression as I needed, which explains why they are so easy to put on. My fault is that I didn't notice it before but SCAM ads and ILLEGAL especially for medical purpose. They shouldn't have been sent. These leggings are incredibly soft and super comfortable! They look very well sewn, neat stitching from top to bottom.
