The needles are not coated so the needles are dark and dirty as you thread flowers over time. Aside from the protective coating, the needles work perfectly.

I ordered two needles which came in a large box almost 4 feet long. So much shipping space was wasted it was very frustrating. Someone really needs to rethink transit procedures.
