If it leaks use teflon tape and make sure the tape is used properly. Mine was leaking everywhere until I used teflon tape and wrapped it around the threads a few times. I bought these because the ones I get from Brita at Walmart break off the plastic lever after a few months. This is made of stainless steel. Let's see how long this lasts.

O-ring failure after 1 month renders this unusable. The 30-day guarantee and return period are obviously intentional, after about 45 days a total failure happened to us. Rough metal, fancy filter canisters - who knows if it actually works? The water seems a little better, but household water filters and canisters do a better job. Cheap Chinese junk, overpriced and broke shortly after the warranty expired. Avoid and opt for better known brands.

This system worked great and our water (which is stuffed) tasted great! Ordered on May 14th. On June 18th, water started leaking from the counter even when we used the faucet instead of the filter! The seal began to break and pieces of rubber fell out of my hands as I took the system apart to see what was going on. Only a few days after the 30-day guarantee expired! Now it's completely useless!

I love this filter! Our water used to be delicious, but now it's even better! I bought this filter mainly because I need to filter chlorine out of water to make my own homemade vegan yoghurt and sprouted beans or quinoa for example. I've had this filter for almost a month now and would recommend it to anyone looking for a faucet filter! It's easy to clean and so easy to use that my 4 year old can operate it! It was an easy install that only took a few minutes!

I love the fact that it's made of stainless steel which offers durability and is easy to clean. , the taste of the first few liters of water is normal, but it will disappear after a few uses. It filters water really fast unlike most filters which take a long time to fill a 1 liter bottle. So far so good and only time will tell if the filters hold up as advertised. Thanks very much!

This product usually works well if you run the water very slowly (I mean very slowly). It is important to give the filtration system time to work. All high quality materials/construction EXCEPT the valve that switches from the sink to the filter. My impression is that one of the seals inside has broken and is blocking the valve and there is no way to open it and fix it. I've been using this on my kitchen faucet for a year and can't see any difference between my tap water which has a distinct chlorine smell compared to what goes through this filter. I don't know if I had a bad filter or if the filter itself isn't working. I use a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) meter to test "filtered" water and it comes out the same as tap water, rated around 105-110.
