Very poor design/quality control

This product has a very poor design, from the 12v connections to the decision to use coiled cords instead of straight ones. As a 12V magnetic product it's pretty good in a lot of ways considering this device fits through a window or door on the outside of the car, but nothing about this design makes that an easy task. even from the outlet, we had to attach a 12 volt plug to our power strips to keep them indoors. Not suitable for accent and off-road lighting

The connector was defective. I could only get it to work when I applied pressure (I tried it on 3 different machines). I couldn't see the mount either. Although it was very bright!

Impressive product for lights and lighting accessories

I like the fact that it's magnetic and adjustable to any degree. I attached it to the sling on my 1025R tractor. It is primarily used for nighttime surveillance when using a backhoe or bushboard. So far it's held up very well as I'm not a childish thing.

Ideal for supporting a boat trailer at night

I bought this to be able to drive the boat down the ramp at night. That works great. It illuminates the boat and the gangway. A strong magnet presses against the roof of my truck. I bought an extension cord so I can easily plug it into the 12v outlet in my truck.

I like the brightness of this light. It's heavy and feels well built. But the magnet is weak. It will not support the weight of the flashlight when driving over bumps.
