This product has a very poor design, from the 12v connections to the decision to use coiled cords instead of straight ones. As a 12V magnetic product it's pretty good in a lot of ways considering this device fits through a window or door on the outside of the car, but nothing about this design makes that an easy task. even from the outlet, we had to attach a 12 volt plug to our power strips to keep them indoors. The decision to use coiled wire instead of straight was awful as you only get a fraction of the length and positioning available. Having a switch in the middle of the cable rather than built into the 12V plug means you have even less room to work with if you want the switch to be INSIDE your car. In fact, this product would be useless without an extension cord due to this design. Even with extension cords, the position of the switch spoils the mood. Also, one of the two bulbs I ordered came with several coils melted together and a burn mark on a single LED. . .Quality control? I think that's not a step for this company. The headlights are bright but that's the only good thing about them, we got them because we're only allowed to use magnetic devices on our company trucks, look elsewhere. Until the design for this product is settled, the pros do not outweigh the cons. We will most likely replace them soon.
