Soap Dish Anchor

I used drywall anchors to attach the soap dish to my shower/bathtub wall. Ceramic tiles on plasterboard wall. So I had to drill through the ceramic in the drywall. The hardest part was finding the right size drill bit. I started small and then progressed to a larger drill. I used the plastic anchors from that kit and the screws that came with the soap dish. The weight carried by the mounts is minimal. I ended up with a solid soap dish mount that looks nice. I'm happy with the result.

Pros
  • Pretty Packaging
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Break Anchors - Don't Buy

Anchors break when Screwing into the wall. Also when drilling a pilot hole in drywall they break when installed. 2 of the 3 anchors in the attached photo broke off in the wall and could not be repaired to fill the holes 3rd broken anchor was unscrewed with pliers .If you want to spend $ on something that works MAYBE 40% of the time (it took 5 anchors to successfully install 2) this is the product for you.The body and size was a great combination - shame for that the product is garbage.

Pros
  • Deep Thread Construction: Self-drilling deep thread drywall anchors can be used in drywall, drywall, 3/8", 1/2" or 5/8" drywall.
Cons
  • Not bad, but..

Heavy Duty Anchor

Great! They are very durable - they can easily be hammered (after drilling the pilot holes). After inserting the screw, they appear to be very firmly attached to the wall. My $2,000 guitar (10+ pound, electric bass) hangs with four of them in its mount (the larger ones are rated at 200 pounds) and every time I hang the guitar up (often multiple times a day) there's absolutely no sign they're getting weaker. In comparison, the regular plastic anchors I have on a few other guitars creak a bit…

Pros
  • Kit contains: 50 pairs of drywall screws including two sizes and weights. Please note the picture description. 6 months extra long warranty period.
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Easy to Use and Works Great

These 50 pairs of Leninck Self Drilling Drywall Anchors are my favorite drywall anchors. as the impact tool easily cause the anchor to crack/break. This saves me time and should be less fiddly to use than traditional drywall anchors since you don't have to pre-drill. They are installed very securely and never spin freely when the bolts are pulled down like traditional anchors sometimes do. The only downside I can think of is that they leave a big hole that can be patched if it ever needs to be…

Pros
  • Easy to Install: Our plastic drywall anchors with screws are easy to use, pre-drilled drywall holes require no hole preparation or pre-drilling, helping to reduce your labor time and improve your work efficiency.
Cons
  • I don't remember
