Returns accepted but not refunded

The laptop arrived undamaged on the outside but the touchpad/mouse and touchscreen did not work. I sent it back for a refund and it was approved by the seller on August 19th. It's September 9th and I still haven't received a refund. They had no problem getting my money but had trouble getting it back if something went wrong. Be careful with this company.

Lenovo 15.6 inch laptop

The laptop has an excellent screen quality. It's small and compact, but still has a 15.6-inch screen. The keyboard feels comfortable. It also has a number pad.

Great little computer

This is a great little laptop. It's light and maneuverable and I'm very happy with it. It does NOT have a touch screen. The listing says yes. ("Touchscreen with pen support") A touchscreen would be cool. Other laptops in this price range do not have a touchscreen. It turns out that's not the case either. It wasn't an important factor for me, but I'm still disappointed. Good quality. I bought two. They have stickers on them saying they are refurbished but they look brand new to me. I am very…
