Great laptop. Very fast. It goes from off to fully operational in 8 seconds, but lacks an Ethernet jack. So if you want to connect it to a wired network, it won't work. Therefore four starts instead of five. I should be in the specs.

This laptop's screen freezes after first use! We called Lenovo to fix the problem. We were told to send the laptop back and it would be fixed and sent back! We've been without our laptop for 4 weeks. Every time we contact them they say they are working on a solution. We don't have 455.00 and we don't have permission. Don't buy a laptop this way!

Screen stuck after only 7 months and no vendor support. I can't read the serial number because some smart guy decided to put a clear gray sticker on a gray computer.

I bought this laptop a month ago to help my son with online activities on days when I'm not working from home. I can safely say this was a great purchase. It's very light, slim and fast. For the price I'm not disappointed.

Works pretty well for what I need (mostly just bills and sims) but does it look like aluminum in the pics? And the whole body is plastic, not bad just not what I expected. We REALLY had an issue where he forgot how to do bluetooth and I had to uninstall and reinstall the driver.
