The computer I received is good enough, but it's not the one I ordered from the company. I made this comment on them when the computer first appeared. I followed that with two more emails to customer support asking them to fix the problem. The computer I received only has 250GB of memory while the one I ordered had 1TB of memory. I was looking for a laptop to replace my 15 year old laptop (antique!). I've had this laptop for 10 days now and I'm very satisfied. My main use at home is online shopping, paying bills etc. Installation was easy. Swipe through each step. I downloaded ZOOM for a conference with kids and there were no glitches. I've only had this laptop for 3 days but it arrived as described. I plugged it in and everything booted up with no problems. It runs all my main software and a few games. It could have gotten over my head, but I was surprised by the touchscreen capability, so that's a plus! So far I am delighted with this laptop.
