The computer I received is good enough, but it's not the one I ordered from the company. I made this comment on them when the computer first appeared. I followed that with two more emails to customer support asking them to fix the problem. The computer I received only has 250GB of memory while the one I ordered had 1TB of memory. Since I had already started using the computer, I simply asked to be reimbursed the difference in cost. An external hard drive for 500 gigs was probably also included in the kit, but there was no external hard drive in the box. I like the computer, but the company is unreliable.
