Lenovo ThinkPad 40A10090US Docking Station Review

I felt weird giving the fat five stars when the dock is pretty small and my T560 is perched on top. Works great and everything, and definitely not too small. That in itself is great value, but the Pro Dock comes with Lenovo's original 90W power adapter and in my opinion the price doesn't reflect that. Please note that although this docking station has 3 monitor inputs, you can only use 2 monitors at the same time. So any combination of VGA/DVI/Display ports, but always only 2. You can still run a laptop monitor and 2 external monitors. If you want to run 3 external monitors you need to buy 40A20090US, at least I think so as I just returned 40A10090US. The Lenovo site didn't help me trying to decipher this, and the Revain site might be clearer that it will only run 2 monitors at a time.

I have a docking station at work that I really like because I can use 2 monitors at the same time and also connect a mouse, keyboard and iPhone charger (html). So I bought one for the house. Just received and immediately installed on a colleague's laptop. The original T460 only has 1 HDMI port but nothing else so using multiple monitors became a headache which completely solved the problem. It comes with DVI, Displayport and VGA respectively, basically I can do 3 monitor outputs if I want.
