Notebooks didn't impress

The main problem with this system is the keyboard and touchpad. Putting a number pad here is a big mistake. It's difficult to type in the tiny remaining space, it's like typing on a 12-inch mini laptop because most of the keyboard is occupied by the number pad. The touchpad is very sensitive, so when typing on the tiny keyboard, the cursor is constantly redirected in the middle of a sentence. Very annoying. From a technical point of view, the graphics are mediocre. The processor is very weak…

  • Few competitors

Great laptop for family and home office

Great laptop for home and home office use. Packed with features, the RAM and disc are amazing. But not for serious gaming.

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Not bad overall but...

Fits surprisingly well with laptops

So far this experience has been great. My laptop arrived quickly. Setup was easy. This is my first Lenovo and so far it has exceeded my expectations and is one of the best laptops I have ever owned. I particularly like the keyboard; it is very convenient to use. The only non-5 feature is the display, which appears faded and cloudy, but I'm used to using gaming laptops, that might explain that. So far, so good. I had it 2 weeks.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Worst calculator!

I just received this computer and it's garbage. I couldn't even set it up before it ran into an error and had to restart. After restarting it worked for about three minutes, encountered another error and restarted. So far I've turned it on for about 15 minutes and it's been getting errors and restarting 4 times. I thought Apple was the worst computer I've ever known, but now I miss the days when I had an Apple computer that only crashed occasionally.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • I don't remember

Fingerprint reader not working

Just bought this laptop. Except for the fingerprint scanner, everything seems to be working properly. Many hours later I've tried everything (enabled Bitlocker, made sure the BIOS security chip is active, etc.) but Windows still can't "find a Windows-compatible fingerprint reader". hello fingers I would like the support team to be able to help me with this work. This was the main feature that made me choose this laptop over other laptops and it doesn't work.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • There are cons

Awesome keyboard!

I previously had an HP Pavillion which was fine, but this ThinkPad has double the battery life (about 6 hours) with constant use and longer with low usage. I have a blog and I write A LOT! The keyboard is way better than any laptop I've had. The keys are quite "hollow" and respond to me perfectly. The screen is easier to see as there is no glare and the colors are vibrant. As you can imagine, I love it!

Pros
  • Special Offer
Cons
  • Expensive

I love My Lenovo in Computers & Accessories

It's fast, compact, has everything I need - just had to buy MS Office Pro. I recommend this laptop to anyone who wants to do business from home!

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Hard to say

Fast, widescreen but no touchscreen and no keyboard backlight

Disappointed but really on me. The keyboard has no backlight and is NOT a touch screen. I should have read. Handling seems very good; fast, quiet. The machine is talking and I like the number pad on the right. The device is heavier than expected, but there is a lot of free space on the screen.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
