Poor support and poorly designed hardware

All seems like good specs for a 4K 2-in-1 laptop with good speakers. Unfortunately the battery life is terrible - around 4 hours - that's how long it takes to charge, a very long time for such a small battery. The laptop has a built-in stylus, but it's small and has very poor battery life. And if you try to connect another pin here, almost nothing will work. How badly designed. The worst thing is the Lenovo service, or rather its lack. Called support and it says they are supported by calls so…

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • Hard to say

It has a USB-C slot, a USB 3.0 slot and a 3.5mm (headphone) slot, all located on the left side, in addition to the charging slot! On the right side nothing but the power button! It would be more convenient if they were spread out on both sides, and more would be nice too. I had

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

First of all pluses. Lenovo makes attractive products at affordable prices. Here the good news ends. Reliability is questionable and customer service is just hell. I had two Lenovo tablets (Tab) and two laptops (Yoga and ThinkPad). Tablets worked well, laptops not so much. Both laptops needed (warranty) repairs. My experience with the Yoga 920 (after Lenovo replaced it with the Yoga C940) was the worst of my life, and I'm in my 50s, so that's saying something. The 920 had three motherboards…

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • No paint needed
