Does what it's supposed to do, good product

Works great for all the multifunction devices that come with it. A really useful addition for users of any new Mac model. USB/hdmi is hard to do without these days! And I've only used the memory card slot once for photos, but I'm sure it will come in handy in the future. Good product and as described.

This is a great device to use with a MacBook Pro

I have purchased several add ons for my MacBook Pro to connect other devices and drives. This is the only product I have found that works as described. The Type-C connector connects securely and I've connected 5 drives and had no conflicts or issues saving or restoring data.

Functional, affordable and reliable

It was a very good price as the unit worked as advertised and was good value. I bought this item because I needed an HDMI connection to my monitor. I have a new Macbook Pro and all ports are USB C which made it necessary to share my screen with my new monitor. The connections for SD memory cards are also very practical. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

The thing works great!

I have been using it for more than 6 months and I can say with confidence that this device is worth every penny. The microSD card reader came in handy when I needed to set up my Raspberry Pi. The extra USB ports were extremely useful on my laptop, which only had a few. The HDMI output to my monitor is stable, crisp and just worked. You never have to fiddle with it to make something work. No drivers, no crazy software, just plug it in and you're done!

I've been using it for 3 weeks now and I love it!

I am using this for my MacBook Pro for online school. As I study music I need a USB port for my microphone and with this adapter I can use an import and an HDMI cable to connect my laptop to a monitor. It fits easily in the pocket of my laptop bag. The quality feels great. Love the color, it's nice to have an adapter that isn't just white/grey or pink (it also helps distinguish any other adapter you might be using).

The USB ports work fine, but after a couple of weeks the HDMI port stopped working.

FIRST CHECK: This worked great for the first few weeks, but now the HDMI port isn't working. But as for the USB ports, they all work great! UPDATED: Find a better product, I feel like I wasted my money on this. Everything worked fine at first, but now you have to poke at every cable to get it working. This product just keeps getting worse over time. It hasn't been six months and this product is already on its last legs. Completely disappointed.

Works well so far, but has sharp edges

Works without problems. So far I've only tried inserting a micro SD card and then plugging in 1 5TB portable hard drive to the only USB 3.0 port and 1 2TB portable hard drive to one of the USB 2 ports. I didn't do anything complicated, didn't watch any films or anything like that. I just checked some documents and photos. There were no problems.
