Bought this unit and was initially happy with how it worked. Unfortunately the scheduling feature doesn't work and often thinks it's offline when you launch the app to manage it. Scheduling is a problem for me as I'm trying to use the auto on/off feature and I can't manually turn it off at certain times. Now I've spent a few nights with the light on because it was reminded to turn it on, but it won't go off by itself.

If you're looking for a unique and fun lamp, I encourage you to keep looking. Three days unsuccessfully trying to install it on your Wi-Fi. I'm constantly connected to places, both at home and at work, and I'm good at it. Despite my many attempts, this lamp does not connect to my WiFi. I've spent hours getting it to work and I'm on the verge of frustration, but I can easily get it back. The instructions on how to use the manual option are not clear. If you like touch lamps like me, choose something else. I've had it less than a week and it's already flickering (see video). Another thing I don't like is that this lamp is either on or off unlike other touch lamps that have 3 levels of brightness. And the touch is just a dot at the top, and if you don't press it just right, it won't turn on or off. I like being able to just reach out and push anywhere as long as your goal is accurate. I'll definitely look for something else :(

The lamp is easy to set up if you download the free app. For those who say they can't connect it to Wi-Fi, you have to do it through the app. There is an Alexa skill that you can turn on and then control this lamp via exho or Alexa on your phone. Good buy, I will order another one for another room. I love the programming features you can do. I let it turn on a soft light blue around 5am and slowly increase the brightness to help me wake up.
