My son is 9 years old and wore a size 8 and my daughter is 5 years old and she wore a size 5. Both sizes were too loose and the ties are just decoration and don't work. We love the brand, soft and comfortable. We rolled up the waste strip once for my son and twice for my daughter.

These are the most comfortable pants for my 2 year old to move and play in. They have withstood fighting and washing very well.

I bought these pants for my 11 year old son. He is 5'1" tall and weighs 87 pounds. He is slim with long skinny legs and it's hard to find pants that are tight enough in the waist but long enough for his legs.
