Fits perfectly, I have a size 6 to 8 in the jacket, I bought a medium and it fits perfectly. I'm 130 and 5 feet 3 inches. I also bought a large blue and it felt a bit too big so I put it in hot wash water and hot dried to shrink it and it worked. the spandex has some stretch, it's not the 100 percent cotton thing and I love a little bit of stretch, it really does look like 100 percent cotton. After probably reading all the reviews of various Levi's jackets and asking my question, getting answers etc, I decided to buy this one. THE BEST SOLUTION! This jacket is literally exactly what I wanted. I went to the Levi's website, placed a find your size order and ordered accordingly. It really is that wonderful.
