Required for medical care areas

When my girlfriend was moved to a care area in a nursing home and I helped her move and with the furniture I was told I needed a special extension. The electrician recommended this outlet and it works great. I had no questions or problems with the staff. I actually tried buying from electronics stores but either they didn't have them or the ones that did cost over $100. If you need an outlet to meet your transient power needs, I recommend this one.

Pros
  • Clamp profile accurately tracks AC sine wave
Cons
  • High price
