garbage plate. Too small and oh yes, too small!

This is SMALL decorative panel NOT BIG size. Let me repeat that. This is a small/regular size, NOT a plus/medium size that everyone needs. The outer panel was black BUT the inside was WHITE? I have been using these plates for 15 years and will never order from this company again.
