Arrived ok but came with a crack that wasn't visible until I installed it and put pressure on the screw hole. Not a full tear so it looks solid from the front with a crease along it. The above image is not this product. I replaced this item in the photo above. This did the job, but I recommend getting a "no screws" type wall plate. It just looks a lot cleaner. I used that originally and then replaced it with the image above. But it looked good and served its purpose. I think you will agree that the picture above is much nicer.

Believe it or not, I couldn't find them at Home Depot. Luckily Amazon had them, although a bit pricey IMO and also wish the screws were a bit longer, two longer screws (for the plug, not the socket/switch). It was very difficult for me to get it to engage the threads and even now I had to bend the panel a bit and it only hangs by one or two threads.

I don't know what's up with Leviton but they seem to be disappointed in all of their products these days. This order was missing one of the long screws. Previous orders had all parts. These long, white-headed screws aren't available anywhere else. So currently looks sluggish but is now hidden behind some furniture. As others have rightly said, oddly expensive for what it is. I know you shouldn't over tighten bolts because they break so easily even if you do a "normal" tightening.

I don't like shortcuts. Installed a new whisper fan in my laundry room to replace 3 $20 fans. At the same time I wanted to combine the light on the fan and the fan on one switch. Just wanted to pull out the double box and replace it with a single box and do all the drywall work but figured because it's the last room in the house it would be a good spot for a shortcut. The price is a bit high if you ask me (no local sale) but don't make the same mistake as me either. I looked for it at Revain and kept finding exactly what it was and didn't get the size. This is slightly larger than, for example, normal sized plates. This is also done on purpose. If you only want a standard size insert, order part number 80708-W. As mentioned by some other reviews this is not sold in major stores. They charge more for shipping than the actual item. It was the best option available with prime shipping. The plate itself is great for covering a double box. I had two regular switches that I pulled onto a double toggle switch so there is extra room in the box. This plate covers the double toggle switch and the hole left by removing the old switches. The catch is that my box is a bit deep in the wall (this house is not…
