💡 Leviton 84003 Stainless Steel 1-Gang Duplex Device Receptacle Wallplate - Standard Size, Device Mount Review

This wall plate is well packaged and looks well made. However, the measurement of the product is incorrect. Instead of the 4.5 x 3 inches listed on the product page, it is actually 4.5 x 2.75 inches. It's a noticeable difference and I'm not sure I'll be using it. Might consider bringing it back!

So it's mostly my fault that I didn't look at the pictures before buying, but I got the impression that the socket covers are blue. Especially since my search for "blue socket cover" led to these. Long story short I bought five of these to match the blue aesthetic in my living room and turns out they are actually silver. Very pretty but not blue. Spring.

Two out of three were fine. The third was dented from shipping. Unfortunately, Amazon says this product cannot be returned. They look good but I've seen better quality from other brands. Be careful not to twist them too tight as they will bend in the middle. Because they flex and buckle easily (just not as quickly or nicely), this can cause the top or bottom of the panel to bounce off the wall.
