I had to look for a wire in the wall and was able to close the hole with this plate after I put the box and socket in the hole. Very strong case!

I'm working on a 100 year old farmhouse with lattice and stucco walls. I cut a hole for a new socket, the rod turned out to be weak and my hole grew. I bought it to hide a hole and it worked.

Beautifully designed pads. I used to get less for more money so I can get a good deal seeing this. I bought these to hide carpentry mistakes, but I will use them again for normal installations. They fit very well together and offer wider fingerprint protection.

The plate is true to size and fits perfectly. The quality of the stainless steel is okay. There was a protective film on the plate which must be removed before use. One reviewer noted that the record was blue in color. My record comes with an insert saying the film may be bluish and needs to be removed.

I had an outlet that was not connected to a stand but was floating on drywall. This is for a permanent connection to the toilet. Long story short, the cleaner pushed the cord too hard and the outlet fell off. This panel not only closed the gap, but also served as an anchor holding the outlet to the drywall itself. I painted the plate white. But there is no wider nest coverage than this. Trust me I've looked everywhere.

This is the only product I could find for those rare occasions when you need a duplex outlet in a two-gang box and not off-center empty space to wish. This is a great solution for "centering" a duplex outlet in a 2-way outlet. I also used one of these in the cupboard above the stove where the microwave is plugged in.
