Description of Lewitt Diaphragm Condenser Microphone 4 Inch

HIGH-END TECHNOLOGY FOR PURE STUDIO SOUND. Are you looking for a microphone that makes you sound great? This mic provides that certain something you were always looking for. You’ll fall in love with its larger-than-life sound and outstanding build quality right away. No doubt, the LCT 440 PURE is a mic for life. 1" TRUE CONDENSER CAPSULE. MAKE YOUR VOCALS SHINE. Finding the right mic for your voice is the most important step before you can start recording comfortably. The LCT 440 PURE provides a 1” true condenser capsule for larger-than-life vocal sound. A sound that is specifically designed to let you perform comfortably while sounding sensational. It comes with a shock mount that minimizes structure-borne noise and a magnetic pop filter against pops and hisses so you can start right away. STUDIO ALLROUNDER. INSTRUMENT RECORDINGS THAT STAND OUT. There are these rare jewels of microphones that sound great on everything. The LCT 440 PURE is one of those. It is a studio allrounder that lives up to its name. It is all about pure sound, baby. Record acoustic guitars, drums, wind instruments, guitar cabinets, you name it, and sound better than ever with pure studio sound quality. HIGH-END SPECIFICATIONS. NOTHING LIMITS YOUR PERFORMANCE. The LCT 440 PURE uses the same high-end components, capsule and circuit design as our prestige models. It features a very low self-noise value of only 7 dB (A) and handles ear-shattering sound pressure levels of up to 140 dBSPL. This results in an outstanding dynamic range of 133 dB (A). One thing is for sure; nothing will limit your performance on the technical side. CARDIOID PATTERN. PUT A PERFECT FOCUS ON A SINGLE SOURCE. A cardioid polar pattern picks up sound coming from the front of the mic. This makes it perfect to focus on a single instrument or your vocals in your studio. For home recording, a cardioid pattern is well-suited to achieve a fairly clean recording even when there's background noise.

Amazing Quality: Condenser Microphones

If I could rate this microphone 6 stars I would. Clear full tones. Well made and I like the simple design. They really put an effort into making the style accessible without sacrificing clarity and quality. Thank you Levitt, you've got me a loyal customer.

Great microphone! on Condenser Microphones

I love this microphone! I have SM7B and KSM 32. KSM32 is broken. The SM7B just always seemed too dark for my voice, which is good for some of the other people I record. I haven't had to use it on anyone yet, but for my voice it sounds a lot better than the SM7. At this price, this mic is an absolute no-brainer!

Good workmanship with good accessories

One of the quietest microphones! With a noise floor of 7dB, this matches the TLM103's inherent noise (I used 103 in our radio before). I don't find it too light or too dark, it's a very neutral representation of my voice. Also includes a shock mount and magnetic pop filter. The mount is a bit plastic, but it's a strong hard plastic. You can't go wrong with this. I'm an aspiring voice actor and am adding some mics to get some work done. Check out this microphone.
