Good Glasses: Blue Light Blocking Glasses

This is my first experience with e-readers. I'm in my 40's and starting to notice blurry vision while reading. I bought some ready made readers from a local store (1.00X) and they seemed to work fine. 1.00X sharpened the blurred edges of the text, just like in high resolution. However, I wanted to try something with a lower magnification, but my local shop didn't have that option. I also wanted something that cuts out blue light, but I didn't need colored lenses. I found these lifeArt glassesโ€ฆ

Not right! for computer accessories and peripherals

I bought reading glasses with 3.25x magnification but I got one with zero magnification - I have no idea what level it is as it's nowhere on the box or the glasses stand . but when i put them on it makes no difference. Although they look nice and of good quality, I can't use them because I can't see anything! I will send them back and never buy from this company again.

Pros
  • regular price
Cons
  • for seniors

Cheaply made for computers and accessories

Glasses arrived on time but not sure if the elevation is correct. The frame is thin and cheap. One side is curved and the other is normal. So cheap and flimsy I dare not bend it back. The nose pads fell off immediately and because the screws are so small. I have to wait for someone else to put them back on me. I should have just bought some cheap e-readers from Walmart and been done with it.

  • Great for outdoor activities

great glasses for the price

Just had cataract surgery on both eyes. Good so far, but I still needed glasses for the computer and reading. I wanted to buy prescription glasses and my doctor suggested I look at glasses on Revain, which I did. I found a pair of LifeArt Alloy half-frame reading glasses, which are computer glasses with a blue light filter. Excellent quality, comfort and great looks. Another added bonus was the weight of the glasses, much lighter than I thought. Also, the glass temples don't interfere with your

Recommended - not cheap shop quality

These glasses are very clear and seem to resist fingerprints very well. I really like the blue blocking technology in them because it definitely helps with eye fatigue when I'm working on the computer, probably more than 99% of the day. Not to mention my iPhone. Definitely recommend because they look good, not the cheap dollar versions, but it's not like there's anything wrong with them - just not the same quality.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Nothing here

New for readers and great for a grown man!

I recently had cataract surgery and decided to replace my horribly astigmatic natural lenses with shiny new ones. The surgeries went well and now I have 20/20 vision, but only in the distance. Now I need 1X soft reading glasses for reading and working on the computer. This is fantastic as they have a blue light filter and crystal clear optics. I like that they have a very minimal design, like regular reading glasses, and are wider than most other readers. The wider lenses are definitely betterโ€ฆ

No blue light filter

I'm not a reviewer who calls a product crap and abandons the product. So here are some details. It's not convenient. Everywhere you touch it, there are noticeably sharp edges. No matter how I try to adjust them, they don't sit straight. My hands hurt my head. There are no springs in the hinges; but at the time it was not stated in the description. The arches are very tight to open and close. I bought different blue light blocking glasses and there is a big difference in the amount of blue light

Lightweight and seems to work

There are so many blue light blocking glasses on the market and many will come with frames that are not that crazy but many of them are becoming a little more fashionable My temples hurt, after wearing them for a long time so I was looking for flexible wire frames to wear during long hours at the computer and they work great! I know they don't block all light as they don't wrap etc but I will wear them and see the benefits. On the days I wear them I definitely get tired at more normal times. Do
