Lifefactory Pivot Straw Cap Accessory for 12oz, 16oz, and 22oz Glass Bottles - Optic White, 1 EA Review

We LOVE factory water bottles but they are ineffective and not worth the money. Buy a sports cap instead, or twist and pop your own straw into the bottle. We have two and one of them is the worst 50% of the time and the other never worked properly.

I've had it for a month now and it's lost suction. The straw is fully inserted, the flip top is fully inverted. I only opened it to sip after many successes earlier in the day and it gave up. Waste. I come back to the hinged lid.

Only worked when open and tilted slightly to one side and at a very narrow vertical angle. You're a little wrong and you can't suck water out of a bottle. It's very difficult for a child. Also, I think it must be a factory defect. Returned.

I knew there were still problems but I needed a new one. I want straws for kids but this version still doesn't work. It goes astray and if you drink you get nothing. I have to move the straw to the right after opening it for it to work properly, then it works great until it's lost again. So better than nothing, the previous straw cover just stopped working.

You have to suck really hard to get a small amount of water. If you're really thirsty, your mouth will hurt after trying to pour out a decent amount of water. I was hoping it would be comparable to the Contigo lid/straws. but that is far from the case in terms of ease.

New design with hole in the top to equalize the vacuum when drinking. The hole closes when the fastener is pushed to the closed, latched position. Unfortunately, it lets in too much air and makes a weird gurgling noise when you try to drink. This causes the person to drink small amounts of water and large amounts of air. We all know that "drinking" a lot of air is not ideal, as this leads to the unfortunate result of having to force that air out of the mouth, which subsequently causes a "belch"
