I have used rescue kits before and I really like them, they work well and this one. I bought it for my wife, it appears to be used not new. The buttons are a bit dirty, there is a scratch on the side of the lid. I do not recommend buying from this seller.

This product is very disappointing as it blocks my phone's speaker. No one can hear me speak when the phone is in my pocket, so I have to take it out of my pocket every time I want to talk to someone. I would recommend stepping away from this case and doing something else.

i usually don't check the things i order. This morning, however, I managed to spill an entire medium-sized cup of coffee straight onto the phone. When I dried the case and checked it, the phone was 100% dry! Now I can say that I fully support this product. It's one thing to test it in the water (as suggested in the included instructions; before you use it), but quite another to "test" it in real life. Holy smoke, what a relief. Thank you Lifeproof!

The case I received is counterfeit. I wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't had two other Lifeproof cases to compare. It's a good fake, but a fake nonetheless. There are no serial number stickers on this case and there is a code next to the smaller serial number sticker which is different from all three of my real Lifeproof cases (for different phone models).
