Bought 2 both work. will they last?

So I bought 2. The plastic is a little flimsy for what I would expect from an "emergency device". Use mine in my "emergency bag" in my chopper. So not for Marine Corps use for me. They're pretty expensive. but they are quite bright. These are basically BRIGHT LEDs with mirrors. No ordinary flash. Crashing a helicopter in the middle of nowhere or making a warning landing every time, I know if they really work. Until. Who knows?

to get it! for Camping & Hiking

First the feedback that the batteries do not fit. I suspect they are trying to use rechargeable batteries that are above specs in both diameter and length (bigger battery equals more mAh). I use alkaline Duracell and they fit perfectly. Just check them regularly and replace them annually as instructed. I am a professional diver and I insist on the highest quality of my equipment. You know, it's some kind of security measure? I highly recommend applying silicone grease to the battery door o-ring

Reliable Block Made in USA

Looks like 1 photo on Revain has a wire cage but it is actually a durable clear lexan/plastic cover. It looks like there should be 3 flashes, one on each side and one in the chrome shell, mine only lights up 2 external LEDs. They seem pretty bright to me and comparable to my other flash. Love the fact that they use AA and have a magnetic switch to turn them on and off. As for the tiny printed instructions on the outside of the box, that's fine, it just needs a bigger box. I'm sure for night…
