Difficult to hold in the ear

Even with ear clips, the headphones keep falling out. I have long, thick hair that rubs against the connecting wire, which keeps getting tangled. It's now more comfortable to wear the cords under the chin rather than around the neck, but they still don't stay in the ear. I had a pair of wireless earbuds around my neck but lost them so I bought this version hoping I could wear them around my neck when not in use. I like the other version better.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Can be retrofitted

Better fit, flexible ear tips are key!

The best I've ever seen! The earcups are small and lightweight, adapting to any shape that fits your ears. Then there's the back end of the earplug, which pinches your ear. This is important, there are interchangeable rings to make it fit you, this keeps the tip in the ear canal. The wires then have a lock nut to hold them close to the head. I use foam ear tips and they fit better than any other I've tried! I think I need a second pair.

second couple Good product. I like battery life.

Jlab won me over after Motorola discontinued the S10 HD headset. I bought the original Jlab Sport Original earphones and I really liked them. Once I lost them I decided to buy others and found this one. Better battery life and excellent noise reduction when talking. They even come with a cool storage pouch and have replaced the wall charger. I didn't like the old one, sometimes the contacts got dirty or didn't close. This is a small improvement and will definitely give you 10-12 hours of…

I love these buds! on headphones

I bought them after using Epic2 for about 3 years. They worked great until unfortunately I ruined them by trying to clean too aggressively. So I decided to stick with JLab and bought them. They are even better than my old ones! The sound is fantastic and I am very pleased with the large selection of ear tips. I only use them for running, but I still think the sound quality is excellent. By the looks of it, my ears are small on the inside and I'm having a terrible time finding earbuds that won't

  • good thing

Disappointed Best in In-Ear Headphones

I've tried many Jlab sport headphones for working out, including several pairs of Fit Sport 3, Air Sport Wireless Headphones, Epic and now Epic Sport 2, and unfortunately literally all pairs that I had died within 6 months of use (one pair didn't even make it through a full workout) due to sweat damage. I keep coming back to the Jlab headphones for how cheap they are compared to the competition and I hope they improve the water resistance issues with each new model, but this seems to be a case…

Short communication range; excellent battery life.

Apparently I have different ears than most people; they are headphone protected. There aren't any devices in the ears that stay in place even when I'm perfectly still (which I don't need anyway, but...) so I buy them as is out of sheer necessity. the only ones i can find with adjustable earhook function. This is my 3rd set. The first stopped taking the lead after about a year; on the 2nd it melted at the entrance of the charge, also in less than a year. Isn't planned obsolescence awesome…

Pros
  • Practical thing
Cons
  • Some difficulties

My expectations were low but not met

My previous sport headphones were Bose and when I needed to replace them earlier this year I bought them because they were a lot cheaper. However, they were very unsatisfactory. I've owned this pair for almost 5 months so my comments reflect hundreds of uses: GOOD: - Sound quality is decent for the price. However, it's only good if you put the earbuds firmly in your ear. I had to play around with numerous tips and fins until I found a combination that worked for my ear. If the headphones aren't

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
