Revainrating 3 out of 5

Short communication range; excellent battery life.

Apparently I have different ears than most people; they are headphone protected. There aren't any devices in the ears that stay in place even when I'm perfectly still (which I don't need anyway, but...) so I buy them as is out of sheer necessity. the only ones i can find with adjustable earhook function. This is my 3rd set. The first stopped taking the lead after about a year; on the 2nd it melted at the entrance of the charge, also in less than a year. Isn't planned obsolescence awesome, Mercia? In any case, the charging plug (placement and plug/cover) differs from the first two. Did they really respond to complaints and make improvements? This would be a welcome development in the 21st century. I've only had them a few months and I've yet to walk (read: sweat) in them like I've done with others, so the jury's still out. But one thing is certain; Range is TERRIBLE. 25 feet, completely unobstructed as much as possible. I have Bluetooth speakers (and other headphones) that are three times the size, even with multiple layers of brick in between. Yes. This is bad. But it's the only option I've found for the warmer months when I can't wear bulky, plush, over-ear headphones, so here I am. #3.However, the battery life is exceptional and much better than any of my other Bluetooth devices.

Pros
  • Practical thing
Cons
  • Some difficulties
