Very helpful platform for social media marketing - especially for those who don't have IT support

It is easy for us as marketers using it with our clients who are small businesses or nonprofits without IT support (yet) because we can easily set up all their accounts within minutes each month via email from them! They also offer live chat but I feel like they should just give customers access at least once before asking any questions so people don't waste time waiting around if there's an issue/question regarding how something works - especially since most issues seem simple enough when…
