I like the look of this light but I have sloping ceilings. I bought this light based on the description which said "Compatible with sloping ceilings and flat ceilings". I hired an electrician to install it. Waste of time and money! This lamp must NOT be hung on a sloping ceiling! To return.

Love this lamp! Looks more expensive than its price. My husband installed it himself, said it was a bit difficult to do it himself, but he did it in an hour. Also, the pad didn't completely cover the existing hole in the round junction box, so we had to add putty. I used warm amber Edison LED bulbs and they are just perfect. I highly recommend this device.

After spending a lot of time assembling and installing this lamp, one day the rods accidentally fell apart and became detached. Unfortunately the bar is now completely disassembled so there is no way to reassemble it. It's a decent light and the size is good, but I wouldn't buy it again knowing that the quality is so poor it will fall apart without being able to put it back together.

This thing is so pretty in our dining room! Lightbulbs are not included but it is indicated. I only gave 4 stars for the assembly because it was quite difficult to get the wires through the bars. One passes and the other gets stuck. It took us quite a while to get them both through. We ended up twisting them together and it worked really well! Plus it's a sight to behold!

Mounting plate was missing when received. So I had to call their support team and they immediately sent a replacement. If your electrical cords are 40s long you may need to do a little extra installation work as there is no exact electrical box to mount the panel to. You may also need to do some cleaning work. The pad was 1 inch from the opening in the ceiling. All in all a bit of an elbow and you have amazing light in the dining room. Definitely worth it for the price.

Likes: Modern and stylish design; good price. Dislikes: small imperfections throughout the lamp. There were small scratches all over the bottom so I painted it with spray paint. Good product but it came with no hardware to install. I've contacted customer service twice and still haven't received the correct hardware. I asked in great detail what parts I needed using their respective names/numbers and product numbers along with photos of what I needed from their installation guide.
