Batteries were not working properly and had to be replaced. We made garlands with silhouettes for family holidays. They were very cute and everyone loved them.

These lamps were never made. They are very sensitive to wires. I was very happy to have them on short hangers for the holidays. Don't think they will work. piss off!

Easy assembly with a liter jar. I wish instructions were included. At first I thought it wouldn't work until I noticed a small on/off button. So first pull a small piece of plastic to activate the batteries, then turn on the switch.

I have these bulbs in glasses on a full south facing window with lots of sunlight. They look good and charge, but they only burn minimally after dark - 1-2 hours max. Out of the 3 I use, I sometimes have to wiggle the wires in one of them to get it ignited.

Not sure if it's a defect or a battery issue but I worked on 3 of the 8 until they gave out. After a day and a half of charging in the sun, they still didn't stay on for more than a minute. So I pulled the batteries out, charged them, put them back in, and three of them don't burn for more than a few minutes.

I do not recommend this product. Came without instructions. And it's understandable why. In my personal opinion they are rubbish. They don't seem to hold a charge for even a couple of hours after a full day in the sun, and one doesn't even charge. For instructions, some representations and warranties would be expected. They come with nothing and don't deserve it. I removed all the plastic so I doubt they will take them back but I'll try. save your money I could wash it off!

I have bought many of these types of string lights over the years many of which were good lengths some were very short and had very few light sources and they are amazingly long With more lights than I've ever seen. In fact, I'm buying large cans for them online right now. I don't know how long they will last. I hope the lids keep water out of the jars as many don't. All I can say is that out of the dozens of styles I've purchased, these are by far the best.

I used them for outdoor steins on our patio. They are exactly what I had hoped for. They are bright and all appear almost simultaneously. They've lasted all summer season and are still gaining strength. The ONLY downside is that the seal between the solar panel and the lid ring leaks, allowing rain to seep into the mason jar. I often have to empty the jar and leave it open to dry for a few hours. Even with this drop I would recommend these lamps.

Came without instructions. I figured you just had to turn them on and put them in the sun. They didn't work so I tried contacting the seller to see if there was anything else I needed to do. They will never return my emails so I started a refund. When packing, I noticed that there is a piece of plastic inside the battery cover that needs to be removed.
