The wire needs to come out of the center of the mount for this base, then feed the wire through the side or center. You can see this creates a problem for the wiring. The lights are bright and appear to be of normal quality.

I glued some magnets onto the Neo and use them as rocklights on my vintage jeep (no holes!). One on the roll cage as a light. some of these are in my camper setup as cargo lights, some on the sides of the luggage rack (illuminating the area around the camper truck). Very low power consumption, so far there has not been a single failure. (I think I have a dozen or more?)

These are powerful light capsules. They were easy to install and very functional, no kids, they don't change color but I bought them so I can clear obstructions under my truck when I go out at night, not so I can be seen parading my truck . The only caveat is you may need more than 4 for a larger truck. I will be adding two more for the back half of my truck bed as this is an F250.

I would give this 5 stars. Because they are very light and easy to install. But when testing. Bought out of 20. Only 9 work I emailed the company. So they can fix it. But no reaction, nothing was done. So yes, they are bright. The ones that are are good. But I need them all to work. Hence 1 star because they don't work. If they send me a replacement it will work. I would give 5 stars.

They were installed with some zip ties and some specially modified (drilled holes) Z brackets designed for mounting solar panels on RVs. Worked great. They shine very well under my truck. Bought cheap. Basically dipped them in plastidip. All fittings replaced with stainless steel. Mounted them under those 4" i-board pins (also available on Amazon) and connected them to the infamous dome lighting circuitry. Switch it to the SPDT switch via the relay under the dash. . Disappears and disappears when you lock and unlock my truck. They should last a few years and are cheap enough to be easily replaced if they don't work now that all the hard work is done.
