Terrible service. If you respect your time and money don't buy from this place.

I received a defective product and there is no way to return it, not even through customer service. The seller does not have a shipping address in the US. According to the return instructions I was supposed to ship to a US address but there isn't one. Terrible service. If you respect your time and

Excellent product in the charger category

Liked all the features of this charger. Shows internal resistance, capacity, car adapter for charging on the go. It also has a 5V USB port on the back so you can charge your devices when the batteries are full. You can't ask for more for the price! Will buy a lot more for DIY powerwall.

Bought 5 units for sale in early 2021 only 2 left in November 2021.

Save money wasted. Buy an Opus BT-C3400 or BT-C3100 if you are testing 18650 cells. These LiitoKala chargers last about 6 months on average. For comparison, one of my Opus BT-C3400 chargers was bought in 2016 and like all the Opus I've added since then, they still work perfectly.
